When we were designing this grill, we were told we were going overboard. We think of it as quality that is hard to find these days. Made from only the finest quality parts and custom made by true artisans. When properly loaded, this smoker can maintain temperature for 11 hours or more! With purchase, you will receive care and maintenance instructions.
It should also be mentioned that this item breaks down for storage and transporting. Item is easily carried and set up in just minutes!
